Medical titanium alloy plate

I. Application:
Titanium alloys used for manufacturing medical devices, prostheses, artificial organs and auxiliary therapeutic equipment implanted in the human body.
The main alloys include Ti6Al4V, titanium 5Al2.5Sn, and Ti6Al4VELI. They feature high specific strength, mechanical properties close to human bone, as well as excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility.
It is widely used in various artificial joints, artificial bones, bone fixation devices, dentures, dental inlays, fixed bridges, etc.
II. Grades
American standard grades: GR1, GR2, GR3, GR5, GR7, GR12
Russian standard grades: BT1-00, BT1-0, BT1-2, etc.
Domestic grades: TA0, TA2, TA3, TA5, TA6, TA7, TA9, TA10, TB2, TC1, TC2, TC3, TC4

Annealed condition (M)
4 Titanium plate manufacturing process
Hot forging: A forging process carried out above the recrystallization temperature of the metal.
Hot rolling: A rolling process conducted above the recrystallization temperature.
Cold rolling: A rolling process where the plastic deformation temperature is below the recovery temperature.
Annealing: A heat treatment process for metals where the metal is slowly heated to a certain temperature, held for a sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate rate (usually slowly, sometimes controlled cooling).
Pickling: Immersing the workpiece in a water solution of sulfuric acid, etc., to remove the oxide film and other films on the metal surface. It is a pretreatment or intermediate treatment for processes such as electroplating, enameling, and rolling.
